In 2021 I discovered that many adults had not picked up a paint brush

and created since they were children...!!

I think we can all agree we had so much FUN painting as a child.

So why do we stop as adults ?

I personally have never stopped painting and creating.

In fact my little art box has travelled the world with me!

I have personally seen and felt the benefits of

creating freely and I am on a mission to share this with you
